DON'T KILL THE MESSENGER! SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE DICTATED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF SECURITY. IT IS ALSO THE OVERALL BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S DUTY TO MAKE SURE ALL RESIDENTS FOLLOW THE RULES REGARDING SECURITY FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL. WE HAVE BEEN HEARING THAT GUESTS OF RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN VERY RUDE TO OUR SECURITY GUARDS ON DUTY, WHO ARE SIMPLY DOING THEIR JOB BY ASKING THE GUESTS WHAT APARTMENTS THEY ARE VISITING, WHAT IS THE OWNER'S NAME AND TELLING THEM THEY NEED A PASS TO BE ON PROPERTY. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY. THE VERY OWNERS THAT COMPLAIN THAT THE GUARDS ARE NOT AROUND AND ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS, ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHOSE GUESTS ARE COMING ON PROPERTY UNREGISTERED AND THEN, WHEN QUESTIONED BY THE GUARD ON DUTY, ARE YELLING AT THE GUARD TO MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS. DO NOT TAKE OFFENSE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR GUESTS TAKE OFFENSE. THE GUARD IS DOING WHAT HE IS INSTRUCTED TO DO AND ANSWERING A FEW SIMPLE QUESTIONS WILL NOT INCONVENIENCE ANYONE, BUT JUST MIGHT SAVE A CAR BEING BROKEN INTO OR WORSE.

Our property is covered at entrance and exit by cameras that record vehicles entering or leaving the property. One camera is set up so that license plate numbers can be seen and recorded by a video tape recorder as they exit the property. The other three cameras are set up to video record traffic to "A" Building, "B" Building, and guest parking.
Our security guard company is on the property with staggered hours 7 days a week for your protection. When the guards are on property, they are stationed at the main entrance to check all incoming traffic and make sure the person belongs on the property. They will stop any vehicle that does not have a parking sticker or pass to enter the property. All residents' guests should be registered at the Office and receive the necessary permits during normal working hours Monday through Friday. If a guest arrives when the Office is closed, it is the owner's responsibility to make sure he/she has the parking pass prior to guest arriving.
1) Any vehicle without a parking sticker or temporary pass is subject to being towed.
2) Center Elevator parking areas are limited to 15 minutes for the purposes of loading and unloading only. Anyone in the areas longer than 15 minutes are subject to being towed.
3) Carwash areas are for the washing of cars only. They are not to be used as a parking space. No contractors, boat detailers, residents or guests may park in the carwash area. Anyone parking in the areas other than to wash their vehicle are subject to being towed.
Security and Safety is everyone's responsibility; and all residents, when walking the property, should stay alert and report any suspicious activity to the manager immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of the time. If you feel there is an emergency, you should call the Police immediately at 911 and then notify the manager.
